I was listening to Three Dog Night, one of the great bands of the late sixties and early seventies tonight, and a song made me think. It is called “Black and White”, not to be confused with “Ebony and Ivory” by Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder… 🙂 The reason I stopped the CD was because it occurred to me that home inspections are not always “black and white”. Sometimes there are shades of gray. (not 50, though!) To understand the sometimes simple, sometimes complex, yet frequently misunderstood issues with a home, a thorough home inspection is necessary. Let John and me check out your house and explain the differences.
